Purple Frog Events have been helping to create beautiful and dynamic weddings and events throughout Scotland since our creation, born from a desire to provide customers with excellent products, unique services and when required, a twist on both the traditional and expected.

We offer three main area’s of expertise including chair covers and table linens, table centrepieces in the form of contemporary or floral displays, and chocolate fountains which we’re proud to boast we excel at, being allowed to provide this service in particular at venue’s previously known to decline outside providers.

You can find detailed information on each aspect of our hire services over the following pages including photo’s from up to date events, customer testimonials which offer first hand experiences more valuable than any marketing campaign and finally a list showing some of the many venues we’ve enjoyed dressing. Our Q & A page answers some of the more routinely asked questions although we’re always pleased to answer any queries directly. Should you require a quote, please feel free to send us an e-mail advising us of your date, venue, item’s required, numbers and colour scheme where known and one of the Purple Frog Team will be more than happy to get back in touch to provide a bespoke quotation. We offer services both on an individual basis and also as ‘packages’ however each booking inquiry is quoted based on the personal needs of the customer so there is nothing ‘standard’ about our service or package options.

 We’ve worked with many venues directly and we’re always on hand should you require any advice on enhancing your setting - perhaps drawing on our first hand experiences and past wedding styles to create a truly unique experience for both friends and family who will be celebrating your day with you.

The Purple Frog Concept ~ We provide all of our customers with a unique and truly personalised service to ensure that your wedding or event runs as smoothly as possible. We don’t have a showroom, however instead we have a dedicated warehouse designed to provide efficient storage and product turn around solutions housing our own laundry, floral preparation area’s and storage facilities which ensures we offer the most up to date products and services without the overheads associated with the costs usually incurred with a showroom. Customers place orders with us for venues across Scotland and although we’re based in Fife, it is not unusual to find us in the centre of Edinburgh one day and Inverness the next. In one weekend we provided dedicated services to customers celebrating events in Dornoch, Glasgow and Glenrothes so if nothing else our work is varied with distance being no boundry - within Scotland of course.

We specialise in providing brides and event co-ordinator’s with key services which when grouped together, can provide complete venue dressing solutions. Although we do work with several hotels and event venues directly, we cover more events from customers booking directly than our direct venue work. We appreciate that when a customer is looking for a company to provide services for a special occasion, it can of course be useful to know who the venue recommends, but we also know that unfortunately this can sometimes be a list of suppliers who have either paid to be put on a recommendation list or a supplier who’s services tend to be the most expensive when compared with ‘outside’ services. We can assure all of our customer’s that if a venue recommends us it is purely because either themselves or a mutual customer has been very impressed with our work and we’re proud to say we’ve never found the need to gain recommendation through any other way.

Booking Discounts:

From time to time we have booking discounts and offers available to both new and current customers. They are classed as offers because there will always be either a date the offer expires or a set number of the offer available and once these have expired the particular offer in question isn’t forced to be repeated within the next 12 months if at all. For it to be fair to those customers taking advantage of the offers, we do keep to the deadlines and any enquiries outside of these deadlines will not be eligible to the same discounts.

Chocolate Fountain: - Add a medium chocolate fountain your order for just £195! or large chocolate fountain for £295! saving a huge £100 on the individual hire cost!

Subject to availability and on a first come first served basis ~ includes dips, chocolate and accessories

 

 


Beautiful Princess Light Curtain

Our gorgeous princess light curtains are available to hire for just £245 each, but if we provide one for brides in the same venue for two consecutive days, the price is just £195 each saving each bride a massive £50 Many brides have taken advantage of the offer by speaking with their venue and asking the bride either day before or day after to see if they would like to partake, so we’ve extended the offer until the end of July. We only have 2 light curtains available to hire so the offer is strictly on a first come first served basis and availability of the curtains on both of the dates in question.

Take a look at what a transformation and enhancement these finishing touches add to a room - completely transforming a blank space and turning it into a gorgeous one. Each of our light curtains come with both a static light option and twinkling effect and they are fully adjustable in both width and height to adjust to the space available in your venue. Currently we only have white available, but these look gorgeous in a variety of settings and are not out of place in an ivory colour scheme.

Each light curtain is set up either the night before or on the morning of your event and once in place they cannot be moved by anyone other than our staff so if you would like one to be used in more than the one place, please contact us for the cost of moving. Typically used behind the top table to cover the expanse of space and then as a backdrop for the band or DJ, they make great additions to an event adding sparkle and and a touch of glamour.

We also offer matching top table sparkle skirting and cake table sparkle skirt so why now see about hiring a complete set and making your event shine.
