A new feature on the web site for April 2010 designed to give customers additional information regards our availability, special promotions coming up and any events we’re attending.

By pointing the cursor over a date it will give you details advising things like ‘Fully Booked’ which means we aren’t able to accept any more bookings for the selected date, ‘Limited Availability’ which means we can accept only 1 additional booking for that date and ‘____ Wedding Fayre’ which will advise you of any wedding fayres we are booked in at and the times you can see us there - look out for these as they tend to be quite last minute events for us.

We will also put notes on certain dates advising if particular services are fully booked, like for example if you found ‘Chocolate Fountains Fully Booked’ on your date but you only required chair covers and centrepieces, we would still be able to help but not if you required a chocolate fountain from us also.

You will also find details referring to any holidays in which there may be delays in us responding to enquiries.

This is a new feature which we will endeavor to update frequently so please bear with us if once you place a booking with us it takes a few days for the calendar to show our change in availability. It’s no reflection in the status of your booking but merely the delay in updating. Undoubtedly we can’t add every meeting and event we attend but at a glance this should assist customers with general information with the key feature being whether we are fully booked or not. If your unsure it’s always worth checking with us though as depending on where we’re already working, we may be able to help, especially if we can access your venue the day before for setting up.
