Quite frequently this is the part of decorating the venue that many of our customers confess to have been dreading! That is until they let us know what their preferred style is, if they have one of course, ideally what the maximum they wish to spend per table and of course the number of tables they need to dress. The usual stumbling block many customers tell us, is that they want the displays to look great, reflect the event and be something to delight their guests - after all their guests will be sat around the tables looking at them for several hours during the course of the day. However either the design is something they don’t feel confident with or the cost is proving to be a worry.

The Purple Frog Team have worked on many weddings and events catering to such requirements and to assist we have a wide range of glassware and props to help us achieve your goal’s. Because we can purchase items in larger quantities, quite often our prices reflect this and come in a wee bit less than some suppliers who don’t carry stock. Our prices also vary depending on whether you are having additional services from us in which case we look at the booking as a whole rather than as individual aspects. Finally we’re flexible - a hugely underestimated quality to be found in a supplier. This is reflected in both our range of centrepiece styles and our approach to working within your budget.

It can sometimes be said that suppliers have keen views on what they think looks right in a venue room, and whilst this is a somewhat important asset to customers as one of the reasons for choosing a supplier is their experience, it’s also important to remember that the look of the room should reflect the customers style. Otherwise every event taking place in the chosen venue would all look the same and have little room for individuality.

Giant Martini Vases are a firm favourite and lend themselves perfectly for a huge range of displays. We’ve had sweets, floating flowers, floating candles and gorgeous floral displays in them over time and each one has given a unique look to the event based on the style of the customer.

They make great focal points for your guests attention when they enter the room and are bound to be a talking point. We hire them individually for customers to source either their own fillings or own florist to provide the displays or we offer a full display service. The sweet idea makes a great twist on tradition allowing customers to capture the imagination of their guests and who doesn’t like a sweet?

The floral centrepiece range in size from floating simple displays which provide elegance for the very fact that they are simple in design, or the larger more dramatic displays are perfect for lifting out at the end of the night and giving them away to guests as extra special thank you’s to key people who have helped a long the way.

Brilliant for using the mid height space above the tables, drawing people’s attention to key focal points and setting that perfect wedding or event atmosphere.

Candelabra’s - what more perfect way to create a romantic and elegant event than to have your guests enjoying your celebrations lit by the soft glow of our fabulous silver candelabra’s which stand an impressive 78cm in height. Included in the hire are the candles in off-white or other colours are available on request subject to a slight price difference depending on the cost per candle. Incredibly flexible these candelabra’s look amazing on their own with mirror base to reflect the light, or with floral wreath around the base to incorporate both candle light and flowers.

The candelabra’s look great in the centre of round tables, at either end of the top table or if your having long rectangular tables why not have two or three going down the centre in a line to add to the sophisticated look.

We don’t have a minimum order if hiring as an additional item to chair cover bookings so you could hire just 2 for the top table for something a little different?

We currently have 30 in stock so although that sounds like quite a few, most people hire between 10-15 and we never book more than we have in stock during a weekend in case there’s any delays in the return of items so make sure you book these early where possible to ensure availability.
