Chair covers play an equal role in the services we provide. The technique’s we use to prepare and provide them for each hire has been developed since our first hire and we now believe we provide one of the best services for chair cover hire in Scotland with our service on a whole evolving continuously.

When looking to cover chairs it’s important to remember that they make up the largest quantity of the room decoration and are the one thing your guests will see the most of during the duration of your event. The importance placed on getting this right sometimes isn’t high enough bearing the foundations they provide to the overall look and style of an event.

We currently offer 3 styles of chair cover which are the snug fit which fit almost any banqueting chair found in venues and marquees, the more traditional banquet chair cover which have more defined sizing and shape and finally our couture collection which most customers use for highlighting select key chairs like the back row of a civil ceremony or the top table.

The Snug Fit Chair Cover: Our most popular chair cover because of it’s flexibility to cover a vast selection of chairs snugly this design is available in white, ivory and black. Each chair cover anchors under the feet of the chair which means as well as the close fit, when venue staff move the chairs around during the day the chair covers stay in place.

They are perfect for those venues which have more than one style or size of chair enabling all of them to have the same crisp clean edged look, and their style doesn’t look out of place in the most fairy tale of castles or contemporary city location.

Priced at our lowest cost for chair cover hire based on the preparation time involved in between hires these covers are perfect for the more budget conscious bride, although they are one of the more expensive ranges to buy in.

The Traditional Banquet & Cheltenham Chair Cover: Although probably the more widely known style of chair cover it has with us become a slightly less popular option for both brides and event planners in recent times during the ever changing availability of new styled covers.

We carry round and square topped covers in small, medium and large and with the Cheltenham chair more commonly found in marquees and venues such as Dundas Castle we have a cover styled specifically to fit the chair. Again these are available in white, ivory and black to coordinate with the vast number of colour schemes available to today’s event planner.

They are slightly more expensive to hire due to the extra preparation involved but have a classic look which is still very much in favor with customers across the board.

Just some of the venues we’ve used this style of cover in include Balbirnie House, Airth Castle, Invercarse Hotel, Keavil House Hotel, The Merchant’s Hall and The Carlton Hotel.

The Couture Collection is our newest and most exclusive chair cover available to our customers. Designed and made bespoke to coordinate perfectly with the customers theme, colour and style we have a limited number of events that we can provide this range for due to the individually designed nature.

The aim of this collection is to create the most unique event for your guests to enjoy with the most attention to detail possible. Due to the nature of these covers they are usually reserved for the top table or to highlight key chairs during a civil ceremony like for example the back row which everyone will walk past on entering the room.

Available in a wider range of colours and fabrics we will be launching the new couture collection at key wedding events through out Scotland during 2010 so remember to book early to ensure your couture covers will be available.
